Responsibility
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deployment of applications and system updates.
- Monitor deployment processes to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of deployed applications to ensure functionality and security.
- Document deployment procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize deployment workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide onsite support during critical deployments, including after-hours or weekend work as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates on deployment status and potential risks.
- Assist in the development of automation scripts to improve deployment efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, deployment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of application deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise server environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali and travel to client locations as required.
