Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams to support system design and implementation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
