Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients and Account Managers to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
