Responsibility
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document and analyze current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather, validate, and prioritize business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and system diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states, recommending solutions to align business goals with technology capabilities.
- Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating test scenarios and validating outcomes against business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users during system implementation and transition phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
- Proven experience in documenting business processes, creating functional specifications, and conducting gap analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and presentations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, UML, BPMN, or similar process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are a plus.
