Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of wireless projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies for wireless deployments.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to optimize wireless network performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and post-implementation reviews to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CWNP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless network implementation, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing complex wireless projects, including 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, or IoT deployments.
- Strong understanding of wireless technologies, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and technical documentation.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
