Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize Cisco-based network solutions tailored to client needs.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Cisco products and solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and drive product adoption.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends to recommend best practices.
- Document network configurations, solutions, and processes for future reference and compliance.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or Network Engineer, with a focus on Cisco technologies.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering technical training and creating documentation.
