Responsibility
- Assist in daily office operations, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the administrative team in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Help with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate business records.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for team members.
- Participate in business projects, including research, analysis, and reporting under supervision.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in an administrative role is a plus.
