Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans to onboard high-value clients in AUNZ and SEA, leveraging Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and key decision-makers, demonstrating the ROI of Google’s advertising ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to tailor solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and client performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase Google’s value proposition to potential partners.
- Monitor and optimize client campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and long-term satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry innovations in digital advertising, AI, and automation to drive thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital advertising, SaaS, or tech.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including programmatic ads, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in APAC markets (AUNZ/SEA) is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
