Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to lighting, power outlets, water supply, drainage, and air conditioning systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations, ensuring work is completed to high standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, residents, or management, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or renovations as needed.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to improve efficiency and reduce downtime for building systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, or similar role in hospitality, property management, or commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties in Bali.
