Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate all building maintenance, repair, and installation activities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to protocols, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventories, and expenditures using digital or manual systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and implement solutions to restore functionality.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a maintenance team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergencies, as needed.
