Responsibility
- Monitor and control service costs for company vehicles, including tire replacements and fuel consumption.
- Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance.
- Track and report on operational expenses related to branch vehicles, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure timely and efficient use of operational vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and service history.
- Inspect vehicles for compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Assist in the procurement of vehicle parts and supplies as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams on vehicle-related issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, or operational support.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, servicing, and cost control.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local regulations related to vehicle operations is a plus.
