Responsibility
- Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage vendor contracts and negotiations for office supplies, facilities, and services to optimize cost and quality.
- Coordinate administrative support functions, including mail distribution, office equipment, and space allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency in general affairs and office management.
- Liaise with internal departments to address facility-related requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage budgets for building operations and general administrative expenses.
- Supervise and mentor support staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building management, general affairs, or office administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, vendor management, and administrative processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
