Responsibility

  • Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Manage vendor contracts and negotiations for office supplies, facilities, and services to optimize cost and quality.
  • Coordinate administrative support functions, including mail distribution, office equipment, and space allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency in general affairs and office management.
  • Liaise with internal departments to address facility-related requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for building operations and general administrative expenses.
  • Supervise and mentor support staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building management, general affairs, or office administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, vendor management, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
