Responsibility
- Manage and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in project administration, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of critical documents.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for project teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Process expense reports and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, data entry, and office management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, procurement, or project support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
