Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials to support management and team needs.
  • Handle scheduling for appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth business transactions and relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
