Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of facility equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and building codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize building performance and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Building Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
