Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and technical audits of building facilities, utility systems, and premises.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all critical equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure repairs are completed to quality standards and within budget.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to optimize facility utility efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance status, equipment lifecycle, and safety compliance.
- Ensure full adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee emergency response protocols and troubleshoot building system failures promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or property facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to work in Binan City, Laguna with a flexible schedule when required.
