Responsibility
- Oversee daily bridge construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with local and international construction standards.
- Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize productivity.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks to minimize on-site risks.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, incident logs, and other documentation to stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or delays promptly to avoid project disruptions.
- Liaise with government agencies and clients to ensure permits, approvals, and expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bridge or civil construction supervision, with a proven track record in project delivery.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural integrity, and safety regulations (OSHA, local Indonesian standards).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction landscape and environmental compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing conditions, and travel to multiple sites as needed.
- Certification in Construction Safety or Project Management (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH) is advantageous.
