Responsibility
- Oversee daily breakfast service operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to EDITION's high standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food quality, presentation, and menu innovation.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, or themed breakfast experiences.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment that reflects EDITION's culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality breakfast service and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local health regulations.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial management for restaurant operations.
