Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
