As a Membership Sales Consultant, you are the heartbeat of our gym, acting as the first point of contact for prospective members and a motivator for our existing community.

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, driving club growth through sales, and ensuring that our members have a world-class experience. Responsibility
- Drive gym membership sales and meet monthly performance targets.
- Conduct professional club tours for prospective members and highlight Anytime Fitness unique benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure member retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase community brand awareness.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media to convert prospects into members.
- Ensure the gym facility is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Assist in organizing community events and fitness challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- A high-energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and living a wellness-oriented lifestyle.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malay (additional languages are a plus).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
