Responsibility
- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador to promote Maaez products to walk-in customers.
- Provide expert product recommendations and personalized consultations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Create engaging content for social media and maintain our brand's online presence.
- Actively participate in retail floor merchandising to ensure the store looks inviting and organized.
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive store traffic and meet monthly sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through excellent follow-up and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Energetic, positive, and confident personality with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
