Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized brand experiences to all shoppers.
- Drive store sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly retail targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and product merchandising.
- Stay updated on all product knowledge to provide accurate advice and recommendations to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishments.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to boost brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude with a passion for customer engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Polished professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile technology.
