Responsibility
- Process and verify loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions, customer interactions, and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with financial institutions, sales teams, and customers to facilitate seamless loan approvals and disbursements.
- Prepare and submit reports on loan processing activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to loan applications, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the branch, including filing, data entry, and general office management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and customer information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, loan processing, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with financial or loan management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, loan processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
