Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and operational KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving escalated issues, addressing complaints, and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance staff productivity and skill development.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all branch activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, branch operations, or a supervisory role within the consumer products sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving performance and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales analysis, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
