Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product displays for maximum visibility.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with regional managers to align branch performance with corporate objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within retail or consumer products.
