Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve branch performance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch activities, sales, and financial performance.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in all branch operations.
- Collaborate with other branches and headquarters to align on company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in sales or retail.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
