Responsibility
- Oversee and direct daily branch operations to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to ensure income and growth targets are consistently met.
- Implement and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
- Manage, coach, and mentor branch personnel to foster high performance and professional development.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly reports for management review.
- Ensure that the facility is well-maintained and resources are utilized efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of operational compliance and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic branch management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
