Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to ensure income and operational targets are consistently met.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and strict compliance regulations.
- Supervise, train, and provide ongoing mentorship to branch personnel to foster professional development.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and branch facilities to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports on branch performance to senior management.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Strong background in operational management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Tagalog.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts, and drive results under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and retail management software systems.
- Willingness to be based in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
