Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient transportation and delivery processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, including sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other branches and headquarters to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
