Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate logistics activities, such as loading/unloading shipments and verifying order accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization by labeling, sorting, and tracking stock levels.
- Perform quality checks on products and materials to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in production, logistics, or warehouse roles (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems or data entry (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, to meet operational demands.
- Familiarity with MNC environments or ISO standards is advantageous.
