Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of branch income and financial targets.
- Implement and maintain strict operational procedures and compliance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales, and operational KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Branch Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coach a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan.
