Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Issue receipts and other documentation for inventory movements and transactions.
- Safekeep important records and ensure they are easily accessible when needed.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or office management is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a branch or office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices is an advantage.
