Responsibility
- Drive branch sales performance by executing effective strategies and meeting monthly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with existing dealers to ensure loyalty and growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of direct sellers and branch staff.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, product orientations, and dealer development programs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient branch operations to support sales activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue expansion in the Balayan area.
- Resolve dealer concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in direct selling, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak local dialects fluently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic data reporting tools.
- Willingness to conduct field work and attend to branch operational needs.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
