Responsibility
- Drive credit card sales by identifying and converting high-quality leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with merchants, agents, and other stakeholders to expand the credit card customer base.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for credit card acquisitions and activations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new cardholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events to boost credit card sign-ups.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and compliance requirements to ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit card products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, credit card products, and sales compliance is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
