Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Mentor, train, and develop a team of optical professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure optimal product availability to meet customer demand.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and market presence.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail sales management, preferably in the optical, eyewear, or luxury retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales reporting, and basic financial analysis.
- Familiarity with retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
