You will be responsible for daily store operations, inventory management, staff development, and implementing sales strategies that drive growth. Responsibility
- Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure a premium customer experience by maintaining high standards of store presentation and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations for team members to foster professional growth.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for regional management.
- Implement corporate marketing initiatives and promotional activities at the branch level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment (optical retail experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Capability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service excellence, and retail operational standards.
