Responsibility
- Lead and manage the remedial processes for the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and improve branch performance.
- Oversee the resolution of non-performing assets and delinquent accounts, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare and present reports on remedial activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
- Train and mentor branch staff on best practices in financial management and remedial processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends to proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on remedial management or risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
