The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day branch activities, manage staff performance, and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. Candidates must be willing to undergo comprehensive training at our Quezon City head office to align with our internal protocols and operational excellence standards.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to maintain a high standard of customer service and professional conduct.
- Manage daily financial reporting, cash handling, and branch inventory audits.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to develop strategies for revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand guidelines across all service areas.
- Coordinate with the Quezon City head office for regular reporting and alignment on company-wide marketing or operational changes.
- Resolve client complaints efficiently to maintain brand loyalty and high service ratings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in branch management, retail operations, or similar leadership roles.
- Proven ability to drive branch profitability and manage P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and retail/branch management software.
- Willingness to undergo initial training at the Quezon City Head Office.
- Must be based in or willing to commute daily to Pasig City.
