Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the Cainta branch to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly operational KPIs and financial targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of branch staff to maintain high service standards and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance reports, providing actionable insights to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage branch inventory, resources, and administrative budgets effectively.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control checks on service delivery and facility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the wellness, retail, or service industry.
- Willingness to undergo initial training at the BioEssence Head Office in Quezon City.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments and lead diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal, and demonstrate high levels of accountability and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
