Responsibility
- Maintain and monitor accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts with precision and care.
- Monitor and record customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the coordination of branch activities, including logistics and supply chain management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, inventory status, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations in all branch operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
