Responsibility
- Assist in the daily coordination of branch operations, including vehicle intake, inspection, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle inventory, service logs, and customer transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support the branch team in processing documentation, including contracts, invoices, and compliance paperwork.
- Monitor and replenish branch supplies, ensuring all operational materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with logistics and transport teams to schedule vehicle movements and deliveries.
- Assist in conducting regular audits of branch processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data entry systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with vehicle handling or automotive processes is a plus.
