Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, lead times, and capacity utilization.
- Assist in forecasting demand and adjusting production plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
- Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize orders and allocate resources efficiently.
- Utilize ERP or planning software to track and manage production data accurately.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role in manufacturing/logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
