Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure alignment with company policies, standards, and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
- Implement efficient workflows for sales, customer service, and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure timely restocking of Xpeng products.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the Bali region.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards in branch operations.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, automotive, or branch management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to drive a customer-centric culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electric vehicles (EVs) or the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within the Bali region as needed.
