Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and pitch customized staffing solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to refine business development strategies.
- Set and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective pipeline management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in staffing, HR, or consulting.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
