Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Drive sales performance through strategic planning, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in a branch or store leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and retail software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
