Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Create and implement promotional campaigns, including digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory, pricing, and product positioning.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
