As a Motorcycle Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence, engaging with customers, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth while offering you a rewarding and fast-paced career path.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for motorcycle units and related products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain features, and address customer inquiries to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and follow up with customers for feedback and after-sales support.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Basic understanding of motorcycle mechanics and features (training provided).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
