Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays to enhance product appeal.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive work culture.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
