Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration in assigned regions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
