Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and operational staff to achieve branch targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and report to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
